About the role

We're looking for a Digital Copywriter who writes words that get clicked, read and acted on. You'll write across every channel we run — websites, landing pages, paid ads, email, social and long-form content — for a client roster that spans startups, local businesses, eCommerce brands, SaaS companies and enterprises.

Much of our work is white-label, delivered under our agency partners' names. That means you'll often adapt to a brand voice that isn't ours, hit tight briefs and turnarounds, and write copy that holds up to performance data. You'll work closely with our SEO, paid media, design, CRO and account teams, and see the results of your work in the numbers.

What you'll do

- Write conversion-focused copy for websites, landing pages, service pages and product pages.
- Write and iterate ad copy for Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, display and retargeting campaigns, including variants for A/B testing.
- Create SEO-driven content — blog posts, guides, category pages and metadata — from keyword briefs, optimized for both traditional search and AI answers (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity).
- Write email campaigns, nurture sequences and marketing automation flows.
- Draft social media captions, video scripts and banner ad copy alongside our design and video teams.
- Adapt quickly to each client's brand voice and guidelines, including white-label work delivered under partner agencies' brands.
- Partner with SEO, paid media and CRO specialists to turn data, buyer personas and test results into sharper messaging.




- Edit and proofread your own work and others' for clarity, accuracy, grammar and brand consistency.
- Use AI writing tools responsibly to speed up research and drafting, while owning the final quality, originality and fact-checking.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines at once in our project management tools, and keep account managers updated on status.

What you bring
- 2–3 years of copywriting experience, ideally in a digital marketing agency or in-house marketing team.
- A portfolio showing range: web pages, paid ads, email and long-form or SEO content.
- Excellent written English, with sharp grammar and a strong eye for detail.
- Working knowledge of SEO copywriting: keyword intent, on-page structure, meta titles and descriptions.
- An understanding of direct-response principles — hooks, benefits over features, explicit calls to action — and how copy affects CTR and conversion rate.
- Ability to switch tone and voice across industries and audiences, from B2B SaaS to local services to eCommerce.
- Comfort with feedback and revisions, and with turning around quality work on tight deadlines.
- Experience using AI writing and research tools in a professional workflow.
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have
- Experience writing for multiple clients at once in an agency or white-label setting.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Surfer or Clearscope.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify or HubSpot.
- Exposure to Google Analytics 4 or ad platform reporting, so you can read how your copy performs.
- Knowledge of generative engine optimization (GEO) and writing for AI search results.
- Experience writing UX or microcopy, or scripts for video and podcast ads.
- Familiarity with US markets and spelling conventions

Pay: $21.00 per hour
