The Opportunity

We're hiring a Creative Strategist to build the data-driven strategy and point of view behind short-form content reaching millions across TikTok, Meta, and beyond. You'll turn client input and performance signals into creative directions that creators and editors can execute clearly.

What You'll Do

- Build creative strategy and points of view for client accounts, translating client input into clear creative direction.
- Write clear, executable briefs and scripts that empower creators and editors to execute seamlessly without back-and-forth.
- Analyze performance data to identify top-performing angles and iterate between production batches.




- Lead strategy calls with clients and direct cross-functional team members in Creator Partnerships and Creative Fulfillment on content execution.
- Partner directly with the Head of Creative to establish sample task reviews and elevate quality standards.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a strategist in performance marketing or UGC agency environments, not strictly as a creator.
- A track record of conceptualizing and producing high-converting, winning ads.
- A robust data-driven mindset to analyze performance metrics and evolve creative directions.
- Confident, fluent or native English communication skills for client-facing work, written and verbal.

- Based in North America.
