As we continue our growth and commitment to excellent customer service, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Credit and Collection Clerk to join our expanding team at our Kamloops office.

Position Overview:

The Credit and Collections Clerk will oversee credit reviews, risk assessment, and collections activities for both Cool Creek Energy and Rocky Mountain Energy. This role is critical to maintaining our financial health and ensuring positive, skilled relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assess credit applications, review credit limits, and monitor customer credit risk.

· Oversee and manage the collections process to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debt.

· Prepare and deliver weekly reports to the Senior Management Team.

· Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to support business goals.





· Monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

· Create and manage account access based on credit policies.

Requirements:

· Office administration diploma or related education.

· 2+ years of experience in credit and collections administration.

· Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Proficiency with accounting and credit management software and Microsoft Office.

· Experience with either TransUnion or Equifax reports an asset.

· High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
