We’re opening a new McDonald’s restaurant at Linwell and Grantham, and we’re looking for friendly, dependable and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our opening team.

Looking for your first job, part-time work around school or a new opportunity? Help welcome our first guests, learn useful skills and build a team you’ll be proud to be part of.

No previous restaurant experience is required—we’ll provide paid training to help you get started.

School, activities and work—we understand the balance.

Classes, homework, sports, clubs and other commitments are important. We’re hiring part-time team members and will work with your availability to build a schedule that balances your commitments with the restaurant’s needs.

Whether you’re looking for after-school shifts, evenings or weekend work, tell us what works for you. Share your regular activities and upcoming exams or school events in advance so we can plan together.

Find your place on our team

We’re hiring across the restaurant:

- Front Counter: Welcome guests, take orders, process payments and help guests use our self-order kiosks.
- Drive-Thru: Take orders, handle payments and hand out meals with friendly, accurate and efficient service.
- Beverages & Desserts: Prepare coffee, specialty drinks,



cold beverages and desserts with care and consistency.
- Kitchen: Prepare and cook food, assemble menu items and follow food safety and quality standards.

You’ll also help assemble take-out, mobile and delivery orders, keep work areas clean and stocked, and support your teammates during busy periods.

What you bring

You don’t need to know everything on your first day. What matters is your willingness to learn, work with others and take pride in what you do.

- Bring a friendly attitude and treat guests and teammates with respect.
- Are dependable and arrive ready for their scheduled shifts.
- Pay attention to details and care about getting orders right.
- Communicate clearly, ask questions and support their teammates.
- Are willing to learn new tasks and follow food safety and cleanliness procedures.
- Are excited to help a new restaurant get off to a great start.

Experience as a cashier, cook, barista, server or retail team member is welcome. Students, first-time job seekers, career changers and experienced applicants are all encouraged to apply.
