We are seeking a passionate and experienced Culinary Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in culinary arts and a desire to educate aspiring cooks of ALL AGES in a casual classroom setting. Fun kids, teens, and adult classes, as well as private cooking parties for birthdays, companies, etc. All food and equipment will be provided
Duties
- Educate students on proper cooking methods, ingredient selection, and presentation skills.
- Provide hands-on instruction and demonstrations to enhance students' practical skills.
- Work independently to run your class alongside a server and dishwasher.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a chef or culinary professional with a strong portfolio of work.
- Previous teaching or instructional experience in a culinary setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students effectively in a classroom environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage lesson planning and classroom activities efficiently.
- A passion for educating others and sharing culinary knowledge.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the educational team.
- Car is preferred.
- Ability to work both Midtown and Vaughan locations is preferred.
