Summary of Position To support our vision to advance our customer’s experience through exceptional customer service, we are hiring a permanent full-time Customer Service Representative to support our Ontario region. The role will be based out of Mississauga, and support both the Mississauga and Hamilton Ecotex plants.

Duties and Responsibilities In support of advancing our customer’s experience with the end-to-end linen ordering process, the core responsibilities of this will be to:

Customer Service Leadership

Proactively and positively reach out to and respond to >130 customers across Ontario

Answer email, phone, chat and other requests from our healthcare customers across Ontario

Lead the implementation of the Ecotex Customer Service survey to support continuous service advancement

Customer Order and Processing Leadership

Manage, print, and accurately stage linen orders for >130 customers

Leverage our Business Intelligence capabilities to run delivery variation reports





Reprint and replace linen tickets as required, working closely with operations to replace tickets at the CMU table or with the Operations Supervisors

Linen Quota Changes

Lead approved linen quota adjustments in our Ecotex Linen Management system

Customer Service Administration

Support the packing and return of lost personal belongings in collaboration with lead Account Manager

Maintain and execute linen cart red tag requests

Manage the preparation and implementation of the textile management linen cart signage

Education and Experience Undergraduate degree or combination of relevant education and work experience

Previous customer service leadership experience

Previous experience with business analytics platforms

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
