We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated Customer Service & Print Production Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position combining customer service, print production, order management, and basic graphic design. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, learning current skills, and producing high-quality printed products.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Order Management

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with printing options, products, pricing, and order requirements. - Prepare estimates, enter customer orders, and process payments.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status and production timelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order details.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed on time. Print Production & Finishing
- Assist with daily digital printing and production activities.
- Operate printing and finishing equipment after training.
- Prepare files and materials for printing.
- Perform cutting, trimming, laminating, binding, folding, and packaging.
- Assist with producing business cards, flyers, brochures, booklets, posters, and signage.




- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace.
- Help manage printing supplies and inventory. Graphic Design & Prepress
- Assist with basic graphic design and artwork adjustments.
- Review customer-supplied artwork for print readiness.
- Prepare print-ready PDF files, including bleeds, margins, and sizing.
- Make minor changes to layouts, text, images, and existing designs.
- Work with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar design software when required. Qualifications Required
- Strong communication and customer service skills. - Good computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a busy environment.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
