With 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally within healthcare, you will assist in clinician engagement and marketing efforts. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates. Key Responsibilities:

- Own the clinic experience during onboarding and ordering
- Lead account setup and provide ongoing training




- Manage the feedback process and resolve customer issues
- Track and report metrics for satisfaction and performance
- Update customer support templates and guides Requirements:
- 3–5 years in customer success or support in healthcare
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot
- Robust communication and project management skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
