: Project Manager Customer Success

Description:

We are looking for someone capable of seamlessly providing client solutions through a solid governance framework. In this role,



you will be responsible for aligning all teams along the value chain to meet their commitments and ensure the successful planning and delivery of telecommunications solutions with low risk, complexity, and business impact.

Key responsibilities:

- Attend and lead solution meetings to resolve issues and communicate the status of solution delivery.
- Collaborate with project teams, internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of solution milestones.
- Coordinate external and internal suppliers and contributors.
- Define and monitor risks related to deployments and elevate issues if necessary.
- Demonstrate robust communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Involve solution stakeholders if necessary to ensure timely delivery.
- Respond to client issues and resolve them during or after Enablement.
- Assume end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of multiple orders and solutions.
