This part-time position will deliver After School Programs. You must be available between the hours of 3:00pm and 5:00pm weekdays

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver age-appropriate drama lessons that promote creativity, self-confidence, and teamwork
- Lead interactive acting exercises, improvisation games, and theatrical performances to engage students actively
- Support children in developing their communication skills through expressive storytelling and role-playing activities
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to monitor student progress and tailor activities to individual needs
- Organize and supervise student performances, rehearsals,



and classroom projects that showcase their talents
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages participation from all students
- Incorporate elements of early childhood education into drama activities to enhance developmental milestones

Skills

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching performing arts or drama to children
- Robust background in classroom experience with young learners across various age groups
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that integrate creativity with educational objectives
- Experience working with children in early childhood education settings is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to motivate and inspire young students through expressive techniques
- Knowledge of basic cooking or related activities is a nice-to-have bonus for integrating multi-sensory experiences into lessons
- Passion for arts education combined with patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for fostering young talent

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
