Required Qualifications and Skills
- 8-15 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or similar business and data analysis role.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks.
- Mandatory experience in finance or financial services.
- Solid skills in business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and data-related specifications.
- Experience working with data structures, data mapping, data flows, and data validation.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
