About the Role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and team-oriented Delivery & Service Team Lead to coordinate our deliveries, installers, service technicians, and project schedules.

This is a hands-on coordination and leadership role that helps keep projects moving smoothly from production through delivery and installation to completion. You will work closely with our Operations Manager, sales team, shop personnel, installers, and customers to coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and ensure our commitments are met.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage competing priorities, lead by example, and keep people and projects organized in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate daily deliveries, installations, service calls, and site visits.

· Help lead and support the delivery team, installers, and service technicians.

· Schedule work and allocate resources to keep projects on track.

· Coordinate site measurements and visits with the Site Manager.

· Communicate schedules, updates, and changes to customers and internal departments.

· Work closely with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely project completion.

· Track outstanding items, deficiencies, and service requirements through to resolution.

· Troubleshoot scheduling and logistical challenges and take initiative to resolve issues.

· Build positive working relationships across departments and with customers.

· Participate in DK1 Lean Manufacturing meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.

· Promote a protected, organized, accountable, and customer-focused work environment.

Qualifications & Experience





· Experience coordinating schedules, deliveries, service work, or projects.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Confidence communicating with employees, management, installers, and customers.

· Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt when schedules or priorities change.

· A positive attitude, initiative, and a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.

· Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an asset.

· Experience in manufacturing, construction, cabinetry, delivery, or installation is an asset.

· Post-secondary education in a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.

Training will be provided to the right candidate. We encourage applicants with relevant transferable skills and a strong willingness to learn to apply.
