We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and patients, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Process billing and submit claims to insurance providers using MaxiDent software
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Mandatory: Proven experience using MaxiDent software
- Knowledge of FRASI is an asset
