Gestalt Capital is looking to bring on a digital marketing specialist for one of our portfolio companies.

The Role: You own the digital marketing arm of a well-known Ontario brand that spends roughly $2.5M / year in marketing dollars. We are launching into NY shortly and need someone who can help us maintain our market lead in Ontario while working towards a GTM. The role is multi-disciplinary, and you will interface directly with the CEO and the executive team.

You are

- Data-driven - you dig into numbers, track KPIs, and develop an intuition of what's going on. If there's a problem in the results, you notice it before anyone else.
- Someone who gets shit done - no agencies, no outsourcing. In the age of AI, if there's a problem, you can figure it out and fix it.
- Growth-oriented - We have a strong brand in Ontario and now need to expand. You are excited about leading the charge into NYC on the marketing front.

Success Looks Like

- Successfully growing our revenue by 15% y-o-y while maintaining CAC.
- Expanding us from Google Ads into other channels, including Meta, ChatGPT, social media, et al.

Salary

- $85,000 base
- $40,000 bonus on success
