As the Disability Management and OHS Lead, you will report to the Director of Human Resources. Your responsibilities will include managing disability claims, coordinating return-to-work plans, and ensuring compliance with OHS regulations. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential to navigate interactions with staff, leadership, and third-party benefits providers.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage disability claims and adjudication processes • Develop and maintain OHS policies and procedures • Support return-to-work strategies for staff • Liaise with the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee • Monitor compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations

Requirements: • Degree in Human Resources or related field • 3+ years in disability management and OHS • Knowledge of B.C. Human Rights Code and Workers Compensation Act • Professional certification preferred (CDMP, CRSP) • Experience in a unionized workplace
