We are looking for someone to join a very busy local business.. The hours are 11:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.
The dispatcher acts a the first point of communication between the company and the customer. We are looking for an organized, outgoing person who can; answer the phones, schedule appointments, process client information, handling sensitive information in a confidential manner, prioritize calls according to urgency. Plumbing and Heating experience is an asset.
Knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise and Jobber is also an asset.
