Our team is committed to high-quality service, fast turnaround times, and customer satisfaction. We are currently looking for an experienced and dependable Weekend Dispatcher to join our team. This is a full time position working a Thursday–Monday schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone regarding truck breakdowns, towing services and general requests
- Dispatch mechanics for service calls or in-shop repairs
- Dispatch tow truck operators based on customer location and urgency
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices
- Collect payments via credit card,
e-transfer and other approved methods
- Record payments received and apply them to customer accounts
- Follow up with clients on overdue balances
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Coordinate with insurance companies to open new claims and follow up on existing claims
- Flexible to work morning or afternoon shifts
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in business
- Previous transportation industry experience is required
- Must have own transportation
- Flexible to work morning or afternoon shifts
- Must be willing to travel between company locations as required
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
