Diamond Driveways seals driveways and installs epoxy garage floors across Calgary. We’re hiring part-time reps to knock on doors in residential neighbourhoods, talk to homeowners, and book free estimates. You don’t close the sale. You start the conversation and set the appointment.
What you’ll do
- Canvass assigned neighbourhoods with a team
- Talk to homeowners about our services and book free estimates
- Log every lead and appointment in our system
- Attend weekly coaching and team meetings
Pay, explained
- $17.50/hr base plus commission on every booked job
- Most reps who stick with it earn $25–30/hr within their first month
Schedule
- Weekdays: 4 hour shifts (4-8 or 5–9 PM, hours change seasonally)
- Weekends: 5-6 hour shifts (between 11 AM–9 PM)
- Part time, roughly 16-24 hours/week
You need
- A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle (required)
- To be comfortable talking to strangers and hearing “no” often
- Availability for at least 3 evening or weekend shifts per week
- No sales experience needed. We train you with a full manual, in-person training and weekly coaching.
