AMJ Kitchener- Waterloo is seeking a DZ Driver for our local logistics division.
- Operate and drive straight trucks to transport goods and materials.
- Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations.
- Load and unload goods.
- Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment.
- Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle.
- Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo.
Requirements:
- Secondary School (High School) certificate
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a truck driver
- DZ Class License
- Air Brake Endorsement,
- Clean driving abstract
- Able to speak English
Full time permanent position $25.00 per hour
