Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (Infant/Toddler) – ECE-IT to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for infants and toddlers.
- Provide attentive care that meets each child's individual needs, including feeding, diapering, and comforting.
- Foster a warm, welcoming environment that encourages curiosity and independence among young children.
- Maintain accurate documentation of children's progress, daily routines, and developmental milestones.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's growth, behavior, and daily experiences.
- Ensure health and safety standards are consistently upheld in the classroom workplace.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans that support inclusive practices for children with diverse needs or disabilities.

Requirements





- Proven experience working with infants and toddlers in an early childhood setting or related childcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, child development stages, and best practices.
- Bilingual skills in English and French are highly desirable to support diverse families.
- Experience working with children with special needs or disabilities is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively interact with children, families, and team members.
- Proficiency in computer skills including basic classroom management software and documentation tools.
- Ability to operate classroom equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the capacity to guide young learners confidently while maintaining professionalism.
