Kidstown Daycare is looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable Early Childhood Educators (Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3) to join our team!

We are an established childcare centre in West Edmonton, dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, play, explore and grow. We value teamwork, positive relationships and meaningful learning experiences that support every child's development.

Responsibilities

- Plan and participate in age-appropriate, play-based activities.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Provide active supervision and maintain a safe environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Assist with daily routines, meals, transitions, and outdoor play.
- Observe children's interests and encourage learning through exploration.
- Follow Alberta childcare licensing requirements and centre policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming classroom.

Qualifications
- Valid Alberta Early Childhood Educator certification: Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3.
- A caring, patient, dependable, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.




- Ability to work collaboratively in a busy childcare environment.
- Knowledge of child development and active supervision.
- Previous childcare experience is an asset.

Position Details

- Positions: Early Childhood Educator Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3
- Employment: Full-time and/or part-time, depending on availability
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Compensation: Based on certification, experience and applicable wage top-ups
