Answer incoming phone calls by demonstrating unparalleled customer service.

Respond to customer questions and adjust related to their customer's account. Promote self-service by helping and guiding customers through the various tools available online or on their mobile application.



Send documents or copies of policies to clients.

Respond to the various customer needs related such as answering general questions, proceeding with re-enrollment after a cancellation and solving problems encountered by customers. Demonstrated skills with computer systems and applications (Apple, Androids) Experience in a call centre environment (asset) Good computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite and others Bilingual (French and English) - Requires answering calls and providing service to an English-speaking clientele on a regular basis. No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
