We are looking for motivated individuals to join our field sales team in North York, ON. This is an entry-level opportunity in the residential home services industry, offering practical sales experience, hands-on training, and the opportunity to earn weekly commissions based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Visit homeowners in assigned residential neighborhoods.
- Introduce our home services and explain the perks of a complimentary home assessment.
- Build rapport with homeowners through in-person conversations.
- Work outdoors and stay active throughout the day, including extended periods of walking.
- Communicate professionally and represent the company positively.
Qualifications
- Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Previous sales or long-term customer service experience is an asset.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
- Willing to work outdoors and walk for extended periods.
- A personal vehicle is not required.
