Whatyouwilldo: As an Environmental Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring environmental compliance, sustainability, and continuous improvement across all phases of the project, while supporting project teams in minimizing environmental impacts and meeting regulatory requirements. Concretely,yourtaskswillbe:

- SupportedprojectteamsintheimplementationandcontinuousimprovementoftheEnvironmentalManagementSystem;
- Coordinatedenvironmentaldocumentation,permits,monitoringprograms,andregulatorycomplianceactivitieswithconsultants,designers,constructionteams,andstakeholders;
- Ledenvironmentalriskassessmentsduringdesignandconstructionphases,identifyingimpactsandimplementingmitigationmeasurestominimizeenvironmentalfootprint;
- Oversawenvironmentalmonitoringprograms(noise,vibration,dust,emissions,waterquality)andensuredcompliancewithprojectrequirementsandregulatorythresholds;
- Conductedsiteinspections,audits,trainingsessions,andawarenessprogramstopromoteenvironmentalbestpracticesandcomplianceacrosstheproject;




- Managedenvironmentalnon-conformities,correctiveactions,andcontinuousimprovementinitiatives,ensuringeffectiveresolutionandcommunicationoflessonslearned;
- Actedastheprimaryenvironmentalpointofcontactonsite,supportingprojectmanagementwithenvironmentalreporting,reviews,presentations,andstakeholderengagement;
- ContributedtoQHSEperformancethroughparticipationinaudits,managementreviews,processimprovementinitiatives,andcross-functionalcoordination.
