We are seeking a motivated and skilled Equipment Operator to join our dynamic construction team. Duties

- Operate heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, loaders, graders, backhoes, and paving machines with precision and safety in mind.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
- Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and material handling to support construction activities.
- Follow project plans and specifications to execute tasks accurately while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate equipment use and project timelines effectively.
- Maintain detailed logs of equipment operation, maintenance activities, and site conditions for accountability.




- Support additional construction tasks such as horizontal drilling or other specialized operations as needed.

Requirements

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders, graders, backhoes, and paving machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of construction equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with experience in heavy vehicle operation preferred.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar (CAT) equipment or similar brands is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, plans, and specifications accurately.
- Prior experience in construction or related fields demonstrating hands-on heavy equipment operation skills.
