We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Evening and Weekend Co-Salon Manager to join our vibrant team! Duties
- Lead and supervise salon staff during evening and weekend hours, ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions.
- Oversee scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, and training of team members to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive client experience at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate purchasing and merchandising efforts, and optimize product placement to maximize sales.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, including promotional activities and pricing adjustments.
Skills
- Proven supervisory experience in retail or service environments with robust leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in POS systems, cash handling procedures, and administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy evening and weekend shifts.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff to foster team growth.
- Knowledge of marketing principles to promote the salon’s services effectively.
