The role requires expertise in setting up tooling, interpreting spool and fabrication drawings, and performing quality inspections. You will generate quality bends that meet customer specifications while maintaining a focus on safety and precision. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate rotary draw/mandrel bending machines
- Interpret and execute fabrication drawings and work orders
- Produce bends that adhere to customer tolerances
- Conduct in-process quality inspections and adjustments
- Maintain equipment and perform routine upkeep Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of rotary draw/mandrel bending experience
- Proficiency in multiple bending processes and material handling
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong math skills and familiarity with tape measures
