We specialize in residential cleaning, luxury custom homes, post-construction cleaning, commercial cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services.

Key ResponsibilitiesResidential Cleaning & Housekeeping

- Perform detailed residential cleaning to a consistently high professional standard.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and maintain all living spaces.
- Handle delicate surfaces, furnishings, and high-end finishes with care.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail, ensuring no areas are overlooked.
- Leave homes clean, organized, and beautifully presented.

Post-Construction & Commercial Cleaning
- Complete post-construction cleaning of luxury custom homes, new builds, and renovations.
- Perform commercial cleaning assignments as required.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, company policies, and workplace safety standards.
- Use professional cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently.
- Identify areas requiring additional attention and ensure all work meets company quality standards.

Laundry & Linen Services
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry.
- Perform appropriate stain treatment.




- Make beds to a professional, hotel-style standard.
- Manage complete linen cycles, including stripping and remaking beds.
- Complete laundry and housekeeping tasks efficiently while maintaining quality.

Time Management, Efficiency & Problem-Solving
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
- Prioritize work according to client requirements, job scope, and deadlines.
- Work efficiently without compromising cleaning quality or company standards.
- Identify problems, assess situations, and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Take initiative rather than waiting for direction on every task.
- Recognize areas requiring additional attention and adjust priorities accordingly.
- Communicate promptly when challenges, delays, or unexpected issues arise.

- Follow established instructions for cleaning products, equipment, supplies, and the care of client properties.
- Maintain consistency across all homes and job sites, regardless of the level of supervision.
- Take responsibility for assigned duties and ensure tasks are completed correctly.
- Accept feedback professionally and implement corrections when required.
- Report property damage, safety concerns, client issues, and deviations from established procedures promptly.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accountability at all times.

Teamwork & Leadership Development
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard.
- Lead by example through strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle.
- Previous professional cleaning experience preferred; residential cleaning experience is a strong asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must.
- Strong efficiency and the ability to meet scheduled deadlines without compromising quality.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
