The Opportunity

As our Dental Treatment Coordinator, you'll be an essential part of the patient journey, helping patients understand their treatment recommendations, explore financial options, and feel confident moving forward with their care.

You'll work closely with our doctors, clinical team, and leadership to deliver the exceptional, personalized patient experience that Smile Centre is known for.

This role also includes dental administration responsibilities, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable working in both areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Presenting and explaining comprehensive dental treatment plans
- Helping patients understand treatment options, fees, insurance benefits, and financing arrangements
- Following up with patients on outstanding treatment recommendations
- Building meaningful relationships and earning patients' trust
- Coordinating appointments and supporting efficient scheduling




- Collaborating with doctors and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient handoffs
- Supporting front desk administration and daily office operations
- Taking ownership of treatment follow-up and helping patients move forward with recommended care

Who We're Looking For This is an experienced dental position. Previous dental administration or treatment coordination experience is required.

Our ideal candidate has

- Proven experience in a dental office, ideally in treatment coordination
- A solid understanding of dental procedures, treatment plans, and insurance
- Confidence discussing treatment fees and financial arrangements
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and excellent follow-through
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy practice
- A genuine passion for helping patients achieve their dental health goals

Experience with Dentrix is a strong asset. Experience coordinating dental implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, or other comprehensive treatments would be particularly valuable.
