Duties
- Prepare and cook grilled menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for grilling.
- Maintain cleanliness of the grill station and surrounding areas to promote a safe working environment.
- Support food service operations by coordinating with servers to deliver timely orders.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold food safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.
Experience
- Proven experience as a grill cook or in a similar food preparation role within a restaurant or food industry setting.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques specific to grilling and food handling safety protocols.
- Previous food service experience demonstrating ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including meal preparation and kitchen safety standards.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes accurately while maintaining high-quality output.
