Full time & part time positions are available!

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Assisting the doctor with initial patient testing

· Providing patients with information and guidance on their eye health

· Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls

· Balancing daily reports

· Managing reception tasks





· Processing insurance claims and billing

· Coordinating patient appointment schedules

· Dispensing eyewear, including glasses and contact lenses etc.

Qualifications

· Availability on Saturdays and flexibility with weekday hours

· Willingness to travel as needed

· Robust multitasking skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

· Passion for continuous learning and professional development
