We represent clients in all aspects of family law, including complex parenting disputes, child and spousal support claims, property and equalization litigation, high-net-worth divorces, business valuation matters, tracing claims, financial disclosure disputes, and estate-related family law proceedings.

Our practice is busy, growing, and litigation-focused. We are looking for a lawyer who wants to develop into an exceptional advocate while working directly with experienced counsel on sophisticated family law matters.

The Chance

We are seeking a Family Law Lawyer with approximately 1-3 years (or more) of post-call experience to join our team.

The successful candidate will be given meaningful responsibility from the outset, including client contact, drafting, court appearances, negotiations, mediations, conferences, motions, and trial preparation.

This is not a position where you will spend years observing from the sidelines.



You will be actively involved in files and receive hands-on mentorship while developing your own litigation and advocacy skills.

You will work directly alongside experienced family law litigators, gaining meaningful courtroom exposure, hands-on advocacy experience, and mentorship on a wide range of family law matters before all levels of court in Ontario.

Who You Are

You

- Are licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Have approximately 1-3+ years of family law experience
- Have strong drafting and organizational skills
- Are professional, responsive, and client-focused
- Take initiative and genuinely enjoy solving problems
- Are comfortable appearing in court or eager to expand your courtroom experience
- Embrace up-to-date legal technology and AI-assisted legal tools
- Want to become a stronger advocate and litigator
- Are looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with a firm rather than simply seeking your next position
