Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain plumbing systems across properties
- Perform electrical and minor carpentry repairs
- Check and service HVAC and other building systems
- Document repairs using handheld devices
- Assist in inventory management of materials and tools
Requirements:
- Secondary Education or equivalent experience required
- 3 years in property maintenance or related field
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License needed
- Must complete a Criminal Background Check
- Proficient in English; other languages are an asset
