A well-respected farm supply company is hiring a Feed Sales Associate in Southern Wisconsin.

As a Feed Sales Associate, you will oversee sales activities and provide ration-balancing services to customers. This role offers a mix of field-based sales, customer relationship development, and on-site customer support, providing the opportunity to build relationships both in the field and at the company’s location.

This position includes a base salary with bonus potential and a typical business-week schedule, with occasional nights and weekends as needed for special events.

Job Duties:

- Customize feeding programs that precisely meet the producer's practices, pastures and preferences
- Ensure water, forage, grains and feeds are tested regularly in order to provide the most accurate ration balancing and performance projections
- Meet the needs and resolve problems of current customers




- Work with Sales/Nutrition Manager to develop marketing plans and strategies for assigned territory
- Travel throughout assigned sales territory to meet with customers and develop business opportunities

Job Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of sales experience or strong interest in developing a career in sales
- Farm, animal science, livestock, feed, agriculture, or related experience or education preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to perform field-based customer visits throughout Southern Wisconsin
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with potential weekend participation at county fairs and livestock events
