ECO3 is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join the Service Team!

Major Accountabilities:

Accountability for professional system installation;

Accountability for system acceptance;

Repair and fix in time and in line with Service agreements in a professional way;

Ensure technical knowledge transfer to ECO3 organization;

Accountability for the appliance of best practice processes and procedures;

Accountability for customer satisfaction on project implementation and issue handling;

Accountability for being knowledgeable and up-to-date on latest ECO3 GS products & solutions;

Accountability of call screening.

Education & experience necessary for this position

Education:

Electrical / Electronic Engineer with very good IT background

Experience:

Experience in Prepress equipment and networks is a must;

Specific skills (core competencies,



key specialities, technical, human relations or managerial skills, and knowledge areas necessary);

In-depth knowledge of electronics;

Advanced computer skills;

Willingness to travel frequently (domestic and international) and to work beyond office hours;

Analytic and troubleshooting skills;

Ability to work under pressure;

Fluency in English, written and spoken, is mandatory.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
