We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and guest-centric Fixed Operations Manager to lead our service and parts operations.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will lead our streamlined, high-efficiency fixed operations department, overseeing a 3-bay boutique service shop alongside our parts department. This is a rare leadership opportunity for an automotive professional who thrives in a close, agile team workplace and wants to make a direct impact on customer loyalty and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Department Leadership: Oversee daily service and parts workflows, ensuring seamless communication between advisors, technicians, and parts personnel. Manage our fleet of courtesy cars and coordinate valet drivers.
- Guest Hospitality: Champion the Genesis brand promise by delivering an exceptional, white-glove guest experience from check-in to vehicle return.
- Warranty Oversight: Hands-on oversight of warranty operations—ensuring repairs adhere strictly to OEM guidelines, maintaining proper documentation and overseeing our third-party warranty submission company.
- Shop Management: Drive daily shop scheduling, repair orders, parts requisition, and performance tracking utilizing PBS Systems.




- Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Guide, coach, and support a tight-knit team (2 Service Advisors, 1 Parts Specialist, and Shop Technicians) to achieve high guest satisfaction scores and shop productivity targets.
- Financial & Inventory Oversight: Monitor parts turns, shop efficiency, gross margins, and workflow optimization to maximize shop throughput and service quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Dealership Experience: Proven management or supervisory experience within a franchised OEM dealership service/parts department. Prior experience in a luxury brand environment is considered a strong asset.
- Warranty Expertise: Practical knowledge of OEM warranty policies and procedures, including both overseeing repair compliance and claim processing
- Software Proficiency: Direct working experience with PBS Systems (DMS) is strong asset.
- Collaborative Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal and team-building skills, with a track record of thriving within a close-knit, high-performing team.
- Guest-First Attitude: Passion for luxury customer service, conflict resolution, and delivering memorable brand touchpoints.
- Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
