Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Assist with guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly,



and ensure a positive customer service experience at all times

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing, tips, and cash handling accurately
- Experience in guest services or hospitality roles that emphasize excellent customer interactions is highly desirable
- A background in the food industry that includes serving, cashiering, or kitchen experience will help you succeed in this role
