Superpilot is the AI agent for marketers. We help some of the biggest brands in the world accelerate their commerce marketing workflows, get discovered by AI Apps like ChatGPT & Gemini, and deliver superior shopper experiences.

We're looking for our first go-to-market hire: Founding GTM Lead. You'll report to the CEO and own our lead pipeline, across inbound and outbound motions.

Marketing is in the middle of a generational platform shift. Agentic AI products are going to disrupt conventional marketing tooling as the workflows go from human-led to agent-led. This is a small window to do the foundational GTM work for one of the products that defines the category.

What You'll Do

- Generate pipeline. Test inbound, outbound and partner channels, run ecosystem events, oversee content, then double down on what converts.
- Deploy website, product and content updates. You are comfortable using modern AI coding tools to create features and content to support growth.
- Iterate on positioning. Work with the founding team to continuously refine messaging as AI evolves.
- Contribute to product.



Bring structured customer insight back to product and engineering to shape the roadmap (and ship recent features directly where it makes sense).
- Instrument the funnel. Stand up the CRM and GTM stack, and track pipeline coverage, win rate, cycle length and CAC.

What We're Looking For

- Passion for and experience with modern B2B go-to-market in a start-up environment. You are hungry for automating as much as possible with agents, using the latest data tools and always experimenting with messaging to find growth.
- Experience selling to commerce, digital or marketing leaders: VPs of E-commerce, Heads of Growth, CMOs.
- Comfort building from zero, with no SDR team and early brand awareness.

Bonus points

- Experience working for a D2C brand using commerce platforms such as Shopify & Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Familiarity with AEO/SEO, content marketing and the shift to AI search and answer engines.
