About Busy Bee Education Solutions

Busy Bee Education Solutions is a student-centred educational organization based in Windsor-Essex, Ontario, dedicated to helping learners succeed by meeting them where they are. We believe that education should be adaptable, inclusive, and responsive to the individual needs of each student, rather than expecting every student to succeed within the same structure.

We provide alternative schooling for students in Kindergarten through Grade 8, as well as tutoring services for students from Kindergarten through Grade 12. Our programs support learners with a wide range of academic abilities, developmental needs, learning differences, and social-emotional or behavioural challenges. We also welcome students who simply need a different approach to learning to reach their potential.

At Busy Bee, we prioritize individualized instruction, meaningful relationships, and measurable growth. Our educators work closely with students to identify their strengths, address areas of difficulty, and build the skills and confidence they need to become successful, independent learners. We recognize that progress looks different for every student and celebrate growth beyond traditional academic benchmarks, including increased confidence, engagement, independence, and enjoyment of learning.

As a smaller educational organization, Busy Bee offers a more personalized and flexible environment than many traditional educational settings. Our team values creativity, collaboration, patience, and a willingness to think outside the box.

Responsibilities

- Design curriculum and lesson plans that meet the needs of a diverse student population.
- Give clear instructions to students; and assess students' understanding.
- Give feedback to parents about their child's progress.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
