Overview

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services during evening/weekend 3 pm to 11 pm and overnight hours 11 pm to 7 am, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes and maintaining the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and experience in hotel operations.

Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse clientele.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests professionally.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and offering local information.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, reservations, and billing details.
- Ensure the lobby area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle late-night security procedures and monitor hotel premises for safety.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting,



and correspondence as needed.
- Support other front desk functions during night shifts to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

- Previous experience in front desk or hotel reception roles is required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and skilled attitude.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions.
- Knowledge of hotel management software or property management systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work overnight shifts reliably, demonstrating flexibility and dependability.
