The Fish Counter – Main Street

Position: Front of House & Back of House Team Member The Fish Counter on Main Street is looking for a friendly, hardworking, and reliable team member to join our crew!

We're a busy neighbourhood seafood shop, and we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is happy to jump in wherever help is needed.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on role with a mix of front-of-house customer service and back-of-house responsibilities, including:

- Greeting customers and taking orders at the register
- Helping customers at our fresh seafood deli counter
- Answering questions about our products and providing great customer service
- Packaging orders and restocking products and supplies
- Washing dishes and keeping workstations clean and organized
- Helping with general cleaning and daily shop duties
- Supporting the team with food prep and other back-of-house tasks as needed
- Pitching in wherever needed to keep the shop running smoothly

What We're Looking For

- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced workplace
- Willing to help with all aspects of the shop, from customer service to cleaning and dishes
- Previous restaurant, retail, or food service experience is an asset, but not required
