We are a Toy manufacturer and we are seeking a Junior Sprayer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying coatings and finishes to various products, ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role requires a robust attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Operate spray equipment to apply coatings and finishes on products.
- Prepare surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding, or masking as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assist in the preparation and finishing process.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.
- Assist in assembly tasks as required, contributing to overall production flow.
- Utilize basic math skills for measuring and mixing materials accurately.
- Cross training in other departments as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with crane and forklift operation is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and welding techniques.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
