Location: Calgary, ABPay: $20/hour during probation, followed by base pay plus commission
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Associate to join our team!

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and help them find furniture that suits their needs, style, and budget.
- Explain product features, pricing, and available options.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Work toward sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall performance.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming showroom.
- Follow up with customers and assist throughout the purchasing process.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or retail experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and a positive personality.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Furniture or home furnishings experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Probation period: $20 per hour.
- After probation: Base pay plus commission, offering the opportunity to increase your earnings based on sales performance.
- Training and support will be provided.
