We are seeking an energetic and dedicated General Hotel Assistant to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional assistance at all times
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with efficiency and courtesy
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing accurate information or directing calls appropriately
- Assist with guest services such as luggage handling, room requests, and providing local information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Support other hotel departments as needed, including coordinating reservations and assisting with special events
- Communicate effectively with team members across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, proactive attitude
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to handle guest requests professionally and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic computer applications and reservation systems is advantageous
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
