Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, merchandising, and sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, improve profitability, and enhance overall store performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a motivated and skilled workforce capable of delivering exceptional service.
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and inventory purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels and control costs effectively.
- Oversee merchandising strategies, pricing policies, and promotional activities to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and cash handling procedures.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, reporting, and data analysis to inform business decisions.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions to promote continuous improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly,



and ensure an outstanding shopping experience for all visitors.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local campaigns that increase store visibility and engagement.

Skills

- Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in retail or similar environments.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities preferred).
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor relations, purchasing negotiations, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in recruiting, training & development, payroll management, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping.
- Deep understanding of retail sales strategies including merchandising, pricing, marketing, and sales management.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with time management expertise to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to analyze math-based data for budgeting purposes and sales forecasting.
- Skilled in customer service techniques with phone etiquette proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment through strong leadership qualities.
