We are looking for an outgoing and attentive individual to work The Bunker Golf Simulators during daytime and evening hours. This is a great part-time opportunity to gain experience in customer service, onsite sales, basic technology troubleshooting, and facility operations in a fun, relaxed environment.

Core Responsibilities

Opening & Setup

- Power on all golf simulators, run basic checks to ensure everything is functioning properly, and set up the course for the client so it is ready when they arrive.
- Check and familiarize yourself with the schedule bookings
- Act as the first line of tech support for the simulators, handling basic troubleshooting if issues arise. Training and a troubleshooting guide will be provided for this.

Customer Experience, Sales & Booking Management

- Welcome clients as they arrive and ensure they feel comfortable and ready to use the space.
- Talk to facility guests, answer questions, and encourage walk-ins to book a bay.
- Support clients in scheduling as needed.
- Process payments and complete customer checkouts using the provided tablet.
- Remain present, visible, and ready to welcome and set up walk-in customers on evenings when we do not have advanced bookings.
- Give clients their privacy to enjoy their game, but remain easily accessible and nearby to assist with any questions or concerns.

Space Maintenance & Downtime Tasks





- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the immediate area throughout your shift.
- Complete additional side tasks provided by management during downtime.
- Ensure all downtime tasks keep you stationed near the simulator bays so you can immediately assist clients or process drop-ins when needed.

Who We Are Looking For

- No Golf Experience Required: You absolutely do not need to be a golfer to have this job! We will teach you everything you need to know to operate the software.
- Approachable & Friendly: You feel comfortable talking to people, making them feel welcome, and providing great hospitality.
- Onsite Sales: You are eager to chat with potential customers, drum up interest, and help drive participation in the simulators.
- Tech-Comfortable: You do not need to be an IT expert, but you should feel confident learning how the simulator software works and troubleshooting basic glitches. Training will be provided.
- Attentive & Self-Motivated: You know how to read a room to see if a customer needs help, and you can keep yourself busy with cleaning and side tasks when the bays are quiet.
