Guest Service Coordinator (Part-Time)

Inspire Salon & Medi Spa is looking for a warm, friendly, and client-focused Guest Service Coordinator to join our team. We believe a great salon and spa experience starts the moment a client walks through the door. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, making clients feel welcome, and creating an experience that keeps them coming back.

This is a part-time position offering approximately 15–20 hours per week, with evening and weekend availability required. As our business continues to grow, there is also an opportunity for growth and expanded responsibilities for the right person.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome clients and make them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
- Build genuine connections and help create a personalized, welcoming experience.
- Assist with appointment bookings, confirmations, and schedule changes.
- Answer phone calls and help clients with questions about our services and products.
- Process payments and retail purchases accurately.
- Support our salon and spa team in providing a seamless client experience.
- Share information about our services, products, and promotions.
- Keep the reception & retail area organized and inviting.

- Solid communication and customer service skills.




- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort using computers and a willingness to learn our booking system.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
