Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Health & Safety Representative for a solar project in Eastern Ontario. You will leverage your strong knowledge of Ontario construction regulations to identify hazards and coach crews. This full time, site-based role combines field inspections and important documentation to uphold safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily site inspections covering various construction activities
- Monitor compliance with Ontario health and safety regulations
- Lead toolbox talks and job safety analyses




- Oversee electrical safety and maintenance procedures
- Manage incident investigations and report findings Requirements:
- 3+ years of construction health and safety experience
- Knowledge of OHSA and electrical safety standards
- Current Working at Heights and WHMIS certifications
- Strong communication and documentation skills
