We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Child Care Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging workplace for children in a home setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on children's development while providing reliable caregiving support to families. The ideal candidate will be energetic, responsible, and experienced in caring for children of various ages, including those with special needs or disabilities.

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive supervision and care for children in their home environment, ensuring their safety at all times
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs and preferences
- Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and teaching moments that support their developmental milestones
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning up after meals, tidying play areas, and maintaining a hygienic environment
- Assist with daily routines including dressing, bathing, homework help, and bedtime routines
- Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care as required
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, behavior,
and any concerns that arise
Skills
- Proven experience working with children across different age groups and developmental stages
- Knowledge of caregiving best practices, including safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks through effective meal planning and cooking skills
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Strong cleaning skills to maintain a tidy and safe living environment for children
- Teaching abilities to support early childhood education and developmental activities
- Compassionate caregiving approach combined with excellent communication skills to build trust with children and families
