Home Organizer – Love Your Space

Love Your Space helps clients create organized, functional homes that support their everyday lives. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, personable Home Organizer who loves creating order, finding practical solutions, and helping clients feel more at ease in their spaces.

Responsibilities

- Work with clients to assess their needs and create personalized organizing systems using our five-step process.
- Empty, sort and categorize items in closets, kitchens, bedrooms, storage areas, garages, and other spaces.
- Help clients decide what to keep, donate, consign, or discard.
- Create functional layouts and practical storage solutions that are easy to maintain.
- Assist with inventory management, rotation, and space optimization.
- Provide light cleaning as needed to support organizing, such as dusting, wiping surfaces, and folding laundry.
- Transport client donations to appropriate drop-off locations using your own vehicle.




- Communicate professionally, manage projects independently, and treat every client’s home with care and respect.

What We’re Looking For
- A strong understanding of home organization, space planning, and functional systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Solid physical ability to lift and move household items as needed.
- Reliable transportation and daytime availability.
- Cleaning or housekeeping experience is an asset, but a passion for organizing is essential.
